If you have, this is a simple and instructive way of letting the reader know how and what to do to follow the different principles from the Ra Material. The book has lots of interesting infornation regarding chakras and our connection to the people around us. The last chapters are really interesting. Especially the ones regarding sacred sexuality and the different aspects of the magic personality. R I'm not sure how much you will gain from reading this if you haven't read the Ra Material already.
Rueckert writes in a very simple way so that everyone can understand the concepts she presents.
In my opinion it's a little too simple sometimes. I wish she would go about explaining some of the more advanced concepts and ideas from the Ra Material. Maybe she does that in the sequels? Carla went into some detail on each chakra which allowed me to gleam a greater understanding of what the deeper meanings are in some of the Federations explanations.
